Best valvoline I’ve been to. Even when they are slammed-busy, they take care of their customers quickly and efficiently. They are kind and respectful and they don’t push you to do things you aren’t prepared for but they do let you know what could be done that day. Largely female staff :)
I love Valvoline in West Frankfort, KY. I’ve gotten to know the staff, as I’m a regular, and they always take great care of our cars. They are super patient with my questions and are always willing to help me learn about how to take care of our cars. Audrey, Tamara, Bridget, and Colton are amazing. Highly recommend!
I am normally happy with Valvoline but did not have good service today. They need to see cars in order that they arrive. They had me switch lanes twice and let someone go ahead of me in the other lane after they had me move and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I was there for 75 minutes. It would be nice if they at least apologized.
I went to the 1231 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort KY location this morning! The vehicle is 2013 Honda. VIN 2HGFG3858DH510521. I apologize as I was not able to upload the photo of the ticket. The manager's name is Tamara. She was very informative and quick.
The lovely ladies at this Valvoline took great care of me today. They were very efficient and I will return.
