Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Vincent and Quan literally gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced with an oil change, and i put 20-25k/yr on my vehicle. They were kind, considerate, quick, and unbelievably thorough. They were stuck alone due to some unforseen circumstances today it seemed like and absolutely are out there killing it, taking care of business, and absolutely holding down the shop like pros. I will always be coming to Valvoline Georgetown for my oil changes, thanks guys!!

My son took one of our vehicles for an oil change and unfortunately stopped at Valvoline instead of our usual shop. He was not told the price beforehand, and the employee didn’t disclose the charges until everything was already done. She had the screen turned toward the hood and was laughing and talking with others about needing to go to Walmart (it was Black Friday, so I get it), but my son was never shown the pricing. Had he known, he absolutely would not have gone through with it because he knows what we normally pay. When he told me the total—nearly 3× our usual cost—I went back to speak with the manager. She was extremely dismissive, talked over me repeatedly, and insisted she “knew” the employee showed him the charges because “she always does.” Maybe she normally does, but she didn’t

Service was quick, detailed, professional and done with all smiles! I was greeted with a warm hello. Given helpful tips and information about my vehicle. I was offered extra help without having to ask- that God a long way in my book!

Ariela and the rest of the team did an amazing job, they were obviously compassionate about their jobs! Very attentive and precise. My first fun oil change experience, definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back in the future! Thanks 🫶🏼

Laura was amazing! She checked my oil and was honest with me and told me I could go 2k more miles before it needed changing. She did replace my cabin air filter for me. She was great. She is so knowledgeable and very kind. She made the process quick and painless. She is the reason I will be back in 2K miles to get my oil changed!
