Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The staff was very helpful and quick! We were in and out in 20 minutes with all my questions answered!! Absolutely loved the manager. He didn't try to up sell anything! Very honest! My autistic son loved watching them!!

This was my first time actually trusting a quick lube service on my personal car for reasons based off of past experiences my friends and family went through at other quick lube businesses but I figured that since this place was new I’d give it a proper chance, I decided to bring my own oil and filter for the simple fact that I’ve used an OEM filter and mobil 1 oil for the entire time I’ve owned the car. The quick lube staff acknowledged the vehicle took 5.2 quarts of oil as I handed them 6 quarts. As I left the establishment the crew apparently forgot to charge me for my service of the oil change performed so asked if I would return and I saw this as an opportunity to also get the 0.8 quarts of new oil that should of went unused. It was a fantastic experience. Shon helped us and he did fantastic. He’s very nice and explains what he is doing and what other service they offer with great detail. Which I love because I’m not the best of knowing about my car. I will absolutely go again and will for a very long time.

Great service and it was quick. The only suggestion is to remember to give customer printed receipt (I did not get it and forgot until I got home) Also, did not get a sticker to remind me of the next oil change.

I went for an oil change today and the two gentleman that were there were very nice! They did my oil change in a timely manner. I also wanted to mention that they did not pressure me into getting anything additional, they did let me know what was recommended for my vehicle milage but didn't pressure me into doing any of it which I really appreciate.
