Valvoline Instant Oil Change

As someone who works on his own car, sometimes life gets busy and you need an oil change via a shop. I cannot recommend this shop enough, they took care of my car like it was their own. Will certainly reconsider DIY oil changes now that I know these folks have my car in great hands!

Brought in my Touareg with my own oil and filter. They did not remove the skid plates could not find the filter and never changed it. I think they barely drained the oil. I have to dump the oil and fix the bent skidplate, and change the filter. The oil is over full. What a mess. Used to be a good place. Never again!

My recent visit to Valvoline was somewhat disappointing due to a few organizational and service issues. Initially, I was asked to switch lines several times before being attended to, which was quite frustrating and gave a disorganized impression. Additionally, when my service was nearly complete, I realized that they hadn't updated the mileage for my next oil change. Had I not mentioned it, I would have been left to figure out the reset process on my own, which isn't ideal customer service. Moreover, the staff failed to notice that one of my fog lights was burnt out, which is a basic check I expected them to cover during the maintenance. DESTROYED OUR CAR DO NOT GO HERE. Henry upsold my wife on a transmission fluid change. We had a reliable Honda 2014 CRV with no prior issues and 94,000 miles on the odometer. A few months later our transmission fails and we find no transmission fluid - it is bone dry. There had been no leaks or burning smell (I have filled the fluid level since it failed and can verify there are no leaks). I called Henry to request the footage of the change (they film your car as they work on it) but he will not give it to me. AFTER the transmission service he told my wife to come back in 5 days to check the fluids- she is a mom of a 4 and 7 year old and did not have the availability to come back (if she had known she had to come back she would have not done the service. Henry should say that requirement
