Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your location at 3615 W Florida Ave, Hemet, CA 92545. I have typically had positive experiences at other Valvoline locations, which is why this visit stood out to me. Upon arrival, I waited in line for over 20 minutes, even though there was only one vehicle ahead of me that was already being serviced when I got there. When it was my turn, the employee who gathered my information was very persistent in trying to upsell me to a higher-priced oil change, despite my clearly requesting the conventional service. He continued suggesting additional services, and when I declined, he appeared visibly frustrated. My only issue with this last visit was the tech checked off that he checked my signal and brake lights but did not. Other than that, I was happy with the service provided. I appreciate the discounted prices and coupons as they made a positive impact on my final price.

I had a disappointing experience. I came to them and a service rep told me to go get my filter somewhere because my car is older style. I went and purchased my own filter and then came back to find another guy who told me completely the opposite!! He said they have the filter and that they have to use theirs not the one I had bought. There was no fitment issue, he was just being rude and stubborn. I ended up leaving without changing oil and just frustrated.

This was my first time ever and it was really such a great experience quick easy and the young lady who helped me out was amazing! She was honest and very thorough explaining everything. I would definitely recommend getting an oil change here and I will definitely be back.

Visited on 12/31 and thankful that they were still open as we were going on a family trip and squeezed in an oil change prior to. Team member that helped me was very friendly and was specific on all service needed. Unfortunately giving a negative rating because they failed to attach the skip plate to my truck properly and when on our way to our family trip it flew off and caused for a huge delay and sour experience to our trip.
