Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I would highly not recommend. No line, a couple guys standing around, and one working on the only car in the garage or on the lot. I pulled in and asked for a tire rotation and as one guy starts to scan my door another comes over and says he can't rotate my tires because he's short handed. He was serious. I thought it was a joke. He said he needed to have "all hands on deck" if someone comes in. I'm looking around thinking yeah, I'm right here. I told him I wouldn't be back and he said, "OK" Incredibly disappointed in their operation...

These guys are on point with everything. Jordan was polite, communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered questions promptly & intelligently and he was quick to defer to his coworker if he was unsure. Barnabas did the work top side on my engine and he was precise, careful and diligent. He wiped away any mark or traces his work left behind and took the time to answer my questions with consideration and patience. I will be recommending then to others in the area and possibly my job's fleet vehicles as well.

Came in for just an oil change and JD , Barnabas and Lucas were absolutely amazing. JD went over everything that was due on my truck and I got a transmission service because my dealership wanted $350 for the service! Absolutely amazing experience Barnabas stopped what he was doing to introduce himself and the rest of the team. Very respectful group of guys will be returning

Came in; they were on point and fast… they checked out the car, gave an oil change and we replaced a couple things they recommended… Will be coming back again! Loved the speed and the service…

Would not recommend. They made me back up and let someone else go ahead of me after I tried letting the person go first before that. Waiting 30 minutes for a “15-minute” oil change and only two bays operating because it’s lunchtime, at 3:30 p.m. Went to Youngstown instead. Way more professional, to say the very least, and with the drive I still waited less time than I spent in Hermitage. I would suggest more costumer service training to start.
