Everyone at the Hesperia Valvoline is very professional and personable. They fully explain everything they're doing with my vehicle and ask if I have any questions or concerns. They never pressure me into purchasing more than I need, which is appreciated. The techs as well as the manager greeted me and made sure that I was satisfied.

In and out super Quick as a walk in, three cars ahead of me and was out in about 30 minutes. Very polite, team working and it seemed like they pay attention to detail Who ever is managing is doing a great job. It was my first time here and I love the drive thru setting where I didn't even had to get off my vehicle. Honest and direct pricing, no hidden fees. They let you know your overall all total before they begin service.

The manager and assistant manager performed my service and they were very friendly and highly knowledgeable. They explained everything every step of the way for me, which was a first. Went over every option with me. And they were very nice and friendly during the entire visit.

Faster than the dealer but they don’t seem to care about the car, just the actual process. Your shops do not use fender guards/ protectors. Therefore they always get oil and dirt on the fenders from dirty clothes/coveralls. This is also a damage path from buckles and zippers. Door handles from dirty hands, too. Don’t clean up after, either!

Always friendly. Fast service they check the lights and tires they do a great job I enjoy going to that location in Hesperia. I would recommend to family and friends.
