Valvoline Instant Oil Change

well, i pulled up and they immediately guided me in with a smile. Kendra was the one I dealt with. she was very good at communicating with me to let me know what they were doing. they were all very polite and all had smiles on their faces. they gave my dogs a ton of love and treats. (that alone is a win!!) it was a very small-town experience even though we aren't in a small town. getting my first time discount was easy too! over all i would give them a 9.9 out of 10.. thank you guys!

Kendra and her team are absolutely amazing! Best experience I’ve ever had at Valvoline. I was driving across country and landed in South Dakota when my car started having issues. After reaching out to 5 different mechanics in the area that I was in, I ended up calling Valvoline. Kendra made it so worth it to drive the hour to her location. Checked and filled all my fluids so that I could finish my drive across country safely and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I was greeted with a smile, the attendants were very thorough, informative and friendly. They serviced my vehicles needs as well as let me opt to do some of my own maintenance with no pressure added.

This crew is phenomenal! They are are quick and efficient and so friendly! Highly recommend!

Kendra was extremely conscientious of my wait time as she came out to inform me of which stall I would be entering and how long my wait would be. I only waited about 3 minutes! This was overall my best experience at this location. Kendra was not only very respectful to me, but to her co-workers as well. Excellent leader and representative for your company!!
