Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Kelvin and the team did a great job servicing my car. Kelvin was very polite and attentive to my needs. He also recommend services that I did not know I needed and was able to get me the best services for the best price. Great employee!

Have been using them for oil changes. Figured the mileage for me to come back for my changes were different than the car manufacturer (sooner) I don't think I need to get my oil changed every 3,000 miles. Went to another business and they said they had a hard time removing the plug and once it was removed said one side of the plug was stripped so my oil pan needing replacing. I will be following up as this is a complaint.

I was there over an hour and 15 minutes for a filter, air filter or some type of filter when they went to another store to get it. The other store gave them the wrong one. They went back to get it and the other store didn’t have it so then I was charged thinking y’all had it and then money was refunded the next day, but then I was charged for what I had done and if I wouldn’t have had that extra money in the bank account, there’s no way I could’ve paid.

I have a brand new 2025, come and got my last oil change there. Went to get it changed today and seen that you all didn’t put all my screws in my guard plate and stripped out the holes to the ones you did. Sadly I will never come back and will be calling higher up.

The gentleman were nice and polite. They were efficient and working a timely manner
