Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I never leave reviews, I don’t have the time for it, but I feel compelled to do so to hopefully save someone from the issues I’ve had. I’ve been going to Valvoline with all my personal and business vehicles because I do believe they have good oil, but they don’t stand behind their work. We took one of our work vans there and had to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes before even going inside, which was fine. The technician was taking far too long to do a simple oil change. After a while, one of them came up and showed me a stripped oil pan bolt. I thought that was strange because the last few oil changes had been done by Valvoline, so the only people who could have stripped the threads were them. But it got worse. The workers at this location were super friendly, very detailed in the work they did and giving information on when things needed to be worked on. I came in for an oil change and got suggested told about something’s coming up that should be worked on next visit. Ended up just doing them then and there and they were super friendly about it. Zach did a great job on informing me on what needed to be done.

I came in to do my oil and filter change for my car. Jon took care of me along with his team. He and his team were professional efficient and I was out very quickly. Jon listened to any questions I had and was very polite. This was definitely an A team. So glad they took care of me . I will definitely always get my car serviced at this location because they have excellent employees like Jon and his team who listen to their customers and take very good care to service the car in an efficient manner. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service and I like the guys that work there they remember me each time and they do great work. They are not pushy and don’t try to force things on you but they do let you know what you do and don’t need. They service all of my vehicles.
