Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Gull Rd for a routine oil change. About a week later, while sitting in my car, it suddenly shut off and would not restart. I had it towed to a reputable independent mechanic, who determined that the engine was severely overfilled with oil and had become hydrolocked, causing major damage. I was advised to contact Valvoline right away. I spoke with Rachel, the store manager, who stated she would review the DVR footage from my service. She later called back saying she watched the video and was certain her technicians did nothing wrong. She claimed the oil gun was in my vehicle for 32 seconds, which she said dispensed the correct 8 quarts, and that the oil gun was “calibrated correctly.” However, she could not confirm that the calibration

I went in for an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers. As I left, I noticed they forgot to change my wipers, and had to go back. They were very apologetic, but one may have to make sure they do everything before leaving. Other than that, the service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I bring work veichles and my personal veichle to Valvoline. The first time I stopped by everyone was beyond friendly. I thought maybe it would be the only time that happened because a lot of customer service now a days is not the best. I decided to take the veichle(s) there again and once again had outstanding customer service. I've continued to use valvoline and they have not dissapointed. Great customer service, quick oil change along with anything else that may need service that they offer there. Thanks so much valvoline team.

Valvoline is my go to for oil. I’ve NEVER met an unfriendly employee there. They are always quick and efficient, but never pushy. There are always deals and overall, the prices are reasonable. Once I hit a stump and they were kind enough to look at my undercarriage to help me assess the damage. Good company and good people.

I’ve been into cars my entire life; I’m 71 and really enjoyed the old muscle car days. I still change my own oil and maintain all filters, fluid levels along with wipers, lightbulbs, etc. Being as cold outside as it’s been here I decided to visit you for the second time since you opened this location. First trip it cost me approx. $75 which shocked me to the point of never returning. However you emailed me a $20 coupon so I decided to let you do again instead of waiting for warmer weather. My thought was it would probably be around $50, but to my surprise you increased the price to just over $100. Before the coupon.
