Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had an oil change at the Valvoline in Kannapolis and want to recognize Justin for exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and made me feel like a valued customer. Justin was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Valvoline is lucky to have him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service.

Troy the manager and team were a real pleasure, very helpful, great customer service. Will absolutely return here, felt like they were really trying to help and they explained to me very well. Great service like this is hard to find these days so it's SO appreciated.

The environment was very welcoming everyone was friendly, the service was fast as they were very organized and seem to have great chemistry working together. Also the manager was very helpful with answering a few questions about a few things overall this is the best service I've received since doing oil changes.

First time using their services. Malachi greeted me as soon as I pulled up. David, Jessie, Mary and Malachi did an awesome job quickly. All genuinely looked and acted like they were happy to service my vehicle. Reasonable prices. Would have given 5 stars, however all bays were full when I arrived and I had to wait longer than anticipated. Highly recommend and will their services in the future.

Had an incredible experience here. They were quick, precise and very welcoming. I felt right at home getting my oil changed and lowered since it had been previously overfilled. They listened and did exactly what I needed, shout out to Kevin for being hilarious and nice.
