Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I waited over 30 minutes for service and 40+ minutes actually in the service bay, only to have my car stall out due to a bad fuel system and or oil service. The customer service agent was very kind and the assistant manager was kind and came quickly to check out the car. However, Valvoline claimed “no fault” despite the car not starting and repeatedly stalling out after the service despite no issues prior to the service. All employees were fantastic, understanding, and kind, but if you have the opportunity, just book a real oil change/fuel service at a verified mechanic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had another great experience at Valvoline during my recent oil change. The service team was attentive, respectful, and truly focused on what my car actually needed — no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. They answered all of my questions clearly and were incredibly friendly from start to finish. I’ve been coming here for years, and the consistency is what keeps me returning. The team always delivers quality work, and the coupons for discounted services are a nice bonus that shows they value their customers. If you need reliable service, definitely check them out — and make sure to say hi to Dakota, MaTika, Kyriel, and Colin. They take great care of you every time.

Friendly, efficient service. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and why. They were very polite but warm and kind to a couple of old ladies, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be providing a much needed service for us by keeping our car going with oil and filter changes, and also new windshield wiper blades, so we are all set for messy winter weather. I also really like that they have a record of what has been done to the car in their computer so they know what has already been done and what might need to be done.

Efficient, polite and comprehensive service. Everyone was excellent. The only downside was a lack of helpfulness when I called ahead to check on the wait - they would give me no information at all. Thankfully I decided to come anyway.

SCAMMERS--I got my oil changed here a few months ago because it's nice to get it done while I wait. They told me that I needed a whole list of new filters and fluids. Thankfully, I did not trust them to do it. When I took my car in to my regular mechanic, I asked him to check everything. First of all, the oil was HALF FULL and it was DIRTY. Secondly, NONE of the filters were dirty and the fluids were fine. I am NEVER going back here and will tell all of my friends, family & neighbors to NEVER go here either.
