Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Excellent 1st visit to our new Valvoline Instant Oil Change Center in Kerrville, Texas. Matt was extremely helpful in getting me checked in. His. team did an excellent job in performing my oil/filter change. The overall experience was excellent. I was in and out in a short time with no wait. Thanks to all of the Valvoline team members for taking carte of me. I will definitely be back.

Yesterday, which was Sunday. I needed an oil change, I pulled into the line. As soon as I pulled in the door, I started my stopwatch, there were three young men working there. They were all very professional. The gentleman that was inputting the data on the computer was very professional, explained everything that was going to be done and how they were going to do it. When it was all said and done, I hit stop on my stopwatch, it was under 15 minutes that it took them to service my car. I was very impressed. I will do business with them again, and you should also.

I had a good experience when it first opened. However, since then I’ve tried to get an oil change three times to no avail. Three separate times they’ve told us that their computers or credit card machines are down. Given the time elapsed between visits, this seems unlikely (unless they have to worst commercial internet of all time). Do not recommend.

The same day I had an oil change, I barely made it home. I asked for all of my fluids to be checked. When traveling back to San Antonio after my oil change I had a red alert because my brake fluid was empty. I could have had my car serviced in Kerville instead of having to have multiple brake related parts replaced on my vehicle, totaling over $1500 in work.

Super nice guys. Very accommodating answering all my questions. Very efficient and thorough. Made sure I was pleased with my experience and made me want to return. Gave recommendations on maintaining my 8 yr old vehicle. Thanks Chris and all the other guys who worked well as a team to get me all fixed up. Thanks again.
