Valvoline Instant Oil Change

So I have ALWAYS had amazing experience at any Valvoline, doesn't matter what city or state even all the way in Texas. I decided to take my car in for an oil change (needed air in my tires too!) I am deaf and the atmosphere was awful, every single employee we saw looked like and acted like they hated their job, didn't even bother looking at me when talking. They all looked depressed, but that wasn't the main issue. They filled my tires and then had to touch up and fill them again, the paper read 35 front and back but uhhh my sensors (they are not wrong I checked the tires myself after) say one tire had 37 another 30 another 33 and another 32. These people are so incompetent and the oil change was extremely expensive, just go elsewhere I will never go here again, I just moved to laconia

Dennis and the team were great. He was very friendly, asked questions and explained the process prior to proceeding. The process was very effective and efficient. We will see Dennis and the team at Laconia Valvoline again in the future! Nice job!

I just finished getting an oil change here at the Laconia location.. BEST AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE! The process was quick, informative and efficient. The technicians Eric, Zack and Caleb communicated the details of my vehicle in a way that I could easily understand. After Eric explained to me the different options available, I really felt like I got the best deal I could find for the quality. I will be recommending this location to my friends, and returning for later service.

Got my oil changed today and had the worst customer service. The guy talking to me through my window was pleasant but not the manager at the hood of my car. Yelled at me as I pulled in. Had me rub my tires along the medal rail as I pulled in. No one ever checked my lights or showed me my oil after they changed it. Didn’t see anyone top off my fluids or check my tires. The manger had a lot of trouble putting my air filter back in my car. Slamming things as he tried to do it. God knows if it’s still in tact. I have been bringing both my cars here for years and always had great service. I even had to ask for them to reset my oil light. Not sure I’ll be back.

Absolutely do not go here. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and they couldn’t even reinstall the skid plate correctly. By the time I got home it was hanging down, and when I called, they not only denied responsibility but actually told me that it was not something they did. I was stranded with a loose skid plate, underneath my car, trying to fix something they messed up so I could even drive back to them without damaging it further. When I returned, they had no explanation beyond blaming “old hardware,” even though I’ve had countless oil changes elsewhere and never had this issue. No apology, no accountability, no compensation but just attitude and told me I could take it to court. I paid $100 to leave with more problems than I came in with. The service was negligent, dismissi
