I was highly satisfied with my experience because the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely respectful from start to finish. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions clearly, and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. The service was quick, the staff worked well together, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I was especially impressed that the manager took the time to come over, introduce himself, and personally assist me. It was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely return and recommend this location to others.

Everyone there was so friendly. I went to the Laurel MD location They were extremely thorough and going over everything in my vehicle. They even checked and put air in my tires. The fastest service I’ve ever had. They had people checking the engine, inside the vehicle and underneath all at the same time. This location had the fastest service I’ve ever seen and the most professional. I highly recommend going to Valvoline in Laurel MD and or any of the locations. Again the staff and service A++. My family and I highly recommend Valvoline. You won’t be disappointed.

I visted yesterday, day after Thanksgiving, and knew I needed full service because this was my first service since I purchased my truck (2020 Mitsubishi). The attendants were very kind and helpful. They explained what was being done and why. They could not do the standard engine cleaning because of how the truck engine is designed. He explained in detail and suggested I take to the dealership because they would have what is required to ensure other parts of the vehicle is not affected during the cleaning of the engine [FUEL INDUCTION CLEANING SERVICE RECOMENDED - SEE DEALER]. I got the full service and I appreciate their customer service skills. Both gentlemen were awesome. I was at service station 2. I hoped their names were on the invoice so I could include here. I’ve been coming to Valvoline oil change in Laurel, MD for some time. All my experiences have been good, but today it was great. The overall customer service and the concern they showed were very professional and helpful. Anthony was very helpful and had good insight on everything that I required about. Dearell and Korye did a great job of getting me in and out without any issues or problems. The team overall did a wonderful job, and I look forward to returning there for my oil change.

This was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. I felt rushed like the rep who greeted me spoke very fast and monotonous. There was a lot going on around me with all the workers doing tasks so I already felt overstimulated. The rep asked for my license, so I asked why do you need my license. She explained I was a new customer and she needed to add me to the system. I think that explanation could have easy been included in the initial request. Other than that, I was impressed with the speed of the service and being able to get in and out on my lunch break. That kind of convenience is priceless in the world of a busy working mom.
