Do not go to this place. They screw around, took forever and wasted my time. Last week on a Tues, I arrived and they took almost a half an hr working on the vehicle in front of me. I n turn, left and drv to the Flowery Branch location. A sheet of ice busted my windshield in route there on the interstate. Flowery Branch changed my oil in 10 minutes. Thks Flowery Branch. GA. I will give all my business to Flowery Branch and will refer my friends and family to Flowery Branch!
I am writing this review as a disappointed customer of almost 20 years. Yesterday(Wednesday October 15th around noon), I went to my local Valvoline oil change shop for my routine oil change but also to get my tires rotated. The oil change went smooth and I was waiting in their lobby waiting for the tire rotation to be completed. A couple minutes in I was informed that the technician working on my vehicle had broken 2 of the wheel lugnut studs on the front driver side tire. Of course I was angered by this as I was going out of town (driving to Key West Florida from Atlanta) and I needed my vehicle. The technician apologized and informed me of a shop (Global Tires) 3 minutes around the corner that could repair the broken studs and that Valvoline would cover the cost of the repair once I retu
The workers were very friendly. I observed how they communicated with each other to keep each other safe. They were friendly and despite it being busy they were still efficient and I still spent less time there than other oil change places I've been too.
I pulled into Valvoline for an emergency, needing transmission fluid and it was taken care of at no charge, since I'm a regular customer. Who does that? Koodos to Valvoline. That allowed me to just continue on my way. Service & staff are exceptional! And the price is right, too! Edith, a valued customer
