Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time coming here and it was an amazing experience! I was literally done in 12 minutes and stayed in my car the entire time! The manager - Arden - worked on my car and was very kind and helpful. They even have a teacher discount! Will definitely be returning the next time my car needs service.

Five stars for 121/Josey location. I have 6 cars in our household to maintain and get inspected. This location is consistently well-staffed with helpful and friendly service. Please note that the location at Hebron/Josey (zip 75007), which is closer to our house is consistently without a state inspector for one reason or another. Though staff is also friendly, l would have to give them 3 stars for having to return or go somewhere else at least 2 dozen times over the years. I hope this is constructive and helpful in rectifying your staffing problem.

I stopped by for an oil change and they unfortunately were out of the oil I needed for my car, but still completed my inspection. They gave me a coupon sheet to use when I came in a few days after for the inconvenience. When I came back, they happily took my coupon and have been very sweet with each encounter. Pleasant experience here. Definitely recommend and will come back. Especially since I received another coupon!

I came in for a simple oil change and was brought to the knowledge that there was a problem with the cap on my oil filter. Rafael was very professional and very responsive to the problem. If I was a Business owner, I would want him on my team. Arden was also great and she was very quick to take action and solve the problems. Would highly recommend this location . I came and drove in, was directed promptly to the next available station. Oil change service provided was efficient and thorough. The evaluation of the car was done and I was shown both of the car filters and was not pressured to replace after declining. Thank you Eli and Tori for the kind service.
