Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We are officially switching our loyalty from the Tracy location to this Lodi branch...it is well worth the drive for the elite level of service we received. Assistant Manager Emily and our CSR, Healthy, provided an amazing experience for my entire family. Navigating car maintenance with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old (our son, Titus) can usually be a struggle, but they made us feel right at home. Healthy even shared the story behind his name, which really resonated with us and our son's name...strong names and great vibes! They went above and beyond by keeping the kids entertained with stories and jokes while taking the time to explain every part of the service to us clearly. The Lodi location Team was very friendly and efficient. They worked together to knock out 3 cars all at the same time. They had this cool call out/ chant to each other to while they were completely the oil changes it was a really cool experience. That was my first visit and I will definitely be back. The smiles and positive vibes they all had were so nice to encounter especially during the stressful last minute Christmas shopping I was completing it really did set the mood for the rest of day. This is my go to spot for oil changes and other miscellaneous services. The assistant manager, Emily, was super professional, had a nice and welcoming smile, she held a conversation during my service which apparently we had stuff in common so made the whole serivce experience feel even quicker! I've been a regular with Valvoline for both my cars for some time. In the past service was very good, which is why I kept coming back. This visit was not good. We arrived, it was busier than usual with most bays full. We were pulled into a bay and checked in, then ignored for the next 15 minutes. 2 cars pulled in well after us immediately started getting service. I finally opened my car door and asked for someone to start helping us, at which point one technician looked directly at us and stated he was going on break. Another person did start helping us. We received a very rushed service, they didn't do several things, but the oil change was completed. They were unable to reset the service indicator message on my Mercedes Benz, so I did this myself later at home. When they checked
