Dj and the crew is amazing! I was stuck at the Kroger gas station in the plaza and Dj kindly walked over to give me a jump. They did an awesome job on my oil change, fuel cleaner, and changing my car battery. Dj even told me the other services that were recommended for my jeep. Services completed the correct way and in no time! I recommend this place to EVERYONE EVERY TIME! Customer service 100/10.
I had the oil change done at this location. My technician was Miguel. He was professional and friendly. My vehicle was serviced at a VIP level. Miguel explained everything and suggested some additional service but he was polite, understanding and did not push anything. Employees like Miguel are appreciated and will make me come back to this location.

I had an amazing experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! I was highly satisfied because of the incredibly efficient service. The team was super quick, and I was in and out in no time, which is perfect for my busy schedule. They also clearly explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions patiently. It felt like they genuinely cared about my car and my satisfaction. Plus, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best oil change experience I've had! Also received ice pop for me and my kids when it was a hot day. Very thankful!
