Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The gentleman that took care of me maybe name Isak was very knowledgeable about my Honda car and was very helpful to me. I love the connivence of not having to get out of the car to get an oil change. This was my first time and I will definitely be back!

I have been getting my oil changed here for the last few years and can’t recommend this location enough. I used to live in Longwood which is why I initially started going here. But a few years ago I moved across town down by Seaworld but continue to come back here because of their excellent customer service. They are always professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Today they also went above and beyond and totally made my day. I had a question about the check engine light and not only did they check it, they diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot, which is not something I expected them to do; I assumed they would refer me to a mechanic but they handled it there. Pulled up for a quick oil change, Isaac immediately directed us to an open bay.. asked a few questions and before we knew it, old oil was draining! other fluids were getting checked and filled, tire pressure was adjusted and wiper blades were installed…. The crew was a great team and I could not be happier!! They scanned my coupon in my phone knocked of some of the price!! I honestly returned to this location because several months ago I had engine trouble with this vehicle! It was a GMC issue and the truck needed to be towed… The wait was going to be 2 hours for the tow truck.. The team at Valvoline offered me an Air conditionined waiting room to use and one tech offered to grab me a cold drink from the market across the street!! A very kind offer! Isaac was great. He was very helpful. He waited for Wheels (lease vehicle) approval. It was taking a long time for their response. Isaac kept me informed throughout the process. Once approval was received, techs performed the work in a thorough and professional manner. I appreciate it very much.

Very polite and eagar to get my car in the oil change bay. Before I entered I asked the price and showed my coupon for $25 dollars off. After the service was completed they informed me that the coupon was not for what I had done. I paid full price for service that is normally discounted. Very disappointed. My next stop should be the Better Business Bureau.
