Great experience with Valvoline. Came here since I had a Groupon. The other Location by the outlet had a 45 min wait. This one took me right in. Tavion, Orlando, & Joseph worked on my oil change. They were all very welcoming and helpful. They let me know what all they were doing, & if I needed anything done like new filters. They didn’t upsell or try to upcharge me, just advise me. They were not salesy at all and it was very easy and not stressful. Very happy with using their oil change services.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. 2 days later we took the truck on a 4-Hour Drive for a small day trip. The truck started throwing trouble codes. It started running funny. I took a look at the engine and the technicians never put oil cap back on. I stopped at an auto parts place and the trouble codes that were thrown were from lack of internal crankcase pressure on my turbo diesel in my dodge. That was making the truck run bad. We check the oil and we pulled the dipstick in the oil is still a dark black color. I honestly believe the oil was never changed. There was oil that blew out all over the top of the engine and dripping off the bottom of the motor and suspension. I added a half quart of oil and put a new cap that I purchased on. Orlando was patient, personable and professional throughout the entire service. I appreciated his thoroughness while taking care of the 2019 Mazda CX-5. He recommended additional services but they were not needed at this time. Also, Thomas doublechecked that the new oil filter with gasket was tightened to the correct torque and also verified that the plug for the oil pan was secured.
