Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I get my oil changed here all the time I love to do my oil change of valve line and I love that they always helped me out. Let me know what I need to get done but honestly, I bought a battery there this last year and it was the worst experience ever. I didn’t even have the battery for a full six months to a year when I had to replace it it ended up being a different issue, but after the replacement even then like six months later, my battery is dead and they are refusing to replace it. I will never again be getting a battery from Valvoline. It has been the worst experience even when I was replacing the original battery they didn’t want to replace it for me and I had to wait for forever to figure that out. I’d like to think the Valvoline didn’t give me a dead battery from the beginning, But

This is the second time I went to this location and they did not have the oil filter for my car and told me so after they had already drained my oil. They try to downplay their mistake and claimed my filter was in good condition and it only looks black because I have a diesel motor. I’ve been in the mechanical engineering field for 20 years and I understand how motors work. It doesn’t matter if you have a gas motor or a diesel motor oil will turn black overtime so they’re justification to make light of the situation was irrelevant. When I asked for compensation for the filter not being replaced because I was going to be charged full price for the service. I visited this location on Saturday, 10/4/25, and despite how incredibly busy it was, the entire crew remained positive, professional, and very attentive to every customer. I was especially impressed by the way they handled the rush without compromising on quality or care. I want to personally recognize Jennifer, Kevin, and Anthoni for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience at the Manassas location with the helpful and patient team. The best part is being able to stay in the vehicle while the oil change is taking place. My child slept thru the entire service and will be using them again as they were very professional and helpful
