Stephen and Shawn were absolutely exceptional! Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the services. I came in for a coolant system flush, and Shawn went above and beyond by pointing out a couple of potential issues after finding leaks under my vehicle. I was genuinely impressed (in the best way) by the level of care and service I received. Highly recommend!

I did not know this location was no longer Rapid Lube. I was already there and the technician was nice but I feel they rip people off. They tried to get me to buy a simple filter for an extra $70. Checked my lights and signals and told me I was good even though I had a headlight out that I knew about. Told me I had an oil leak at my oil pan gasket but didn’t say how many quarts low I was. Topped off all my fluids yet 5 days later I was out of antifreeze and blew my thermostat and radiator. The mechanic showed me my leak and all the gunk in my cap from the radiator.

Stephen was wonderful. He's very polite and very meticulous when it comes to checking over my vehicle so I know what services need to be done. I appreciate that he is not a pushy salesman. Also Josh was amazing and was able to replace my rear wiper blade for me.

I went to VIOC for an oil change and tire rotation using an $81.99 Groupon deal I purchased. I expected to pay taxes and a bit extra for the rotation, but the total shown was $180 before the Groupon and still around $140 afterward. They used specialty European oil without making me aware or even asking prior to changing my oil, which felt like an unnecessary upsell since my previous shop always used standard full synthetic Mobil 1 with no issues. The staff was polite overall, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my oil pressure light came on which has happened previously at other shops due to the oil filter gasket not being put on correctly.
