Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience at Valvoline today! Tom and Nicky took excellent care of me, as always. My husband and I always trust our vehicles to this location, they consistently provide top-notch service and clear, reliable information. Highly recommend!

Luis displayed such great customer service. Came to me and one other that was next to enter the bay to let us know that they would be right with us as they were finishing up the two car in front of us. I appreciated the acknowledgement. I appreciated witnessing the team work and the collaboration with each other to assure alignment in the car service. I also appreciated how Luis shared different pointers in maintaining the health of oil service and section. Great experience!

What a bunch of sweethearts! Everyone was so young but you know what they were fast and good at what they did. They listened which is very important especially at my age. I have a permanent air filter in the cabin and engine so they didn't need to check it. Still, I appreciate it that they checked the air pressure in my tires and I was literally done in 15 minutes. How impressive is that?

This is a no star place. I watched the tech. splash and spill oil on my engine. It even got a couple of drops on my windshield. I asked if a lot of oil spilled and Andrew said no. He is the assistant manager. The next morning there was a puddle under the car. I opened the hood and found the oil splashed on my motor and was dripping off my frame. I called and opened a case. They convinced me to go back and show them. I did. He called me back with Andrew on the phone and blatantly lied and said it was baked on and they didn't spill it. My car is spotless underneath. This is a rare car and will sent to get cleaned. What the heck was I thinking letting these guys do this oil change. I always do this myself. Area manager never contacted me. See the photos. No wait. Helpful workers. Checked fluids and added air to tires. With the coupon I received via email, I was okay with the cost for an oil change using standard oil.
