Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I visited this location on Sunset and was guided into the second dock. I’ve been here before and received courteous and professional assistance. No one tried to sell me on anything. I had them double check my car air filter as I had trouble with it last time I went in. The oil change was done fast and no issues were reported. Adam and Seth were stellar. I appreciated their time on my car. I did learn they can suction out the old oil which was neat to see. I definitely recommend this service. Cheers!

Jeffrey was amazing! They ran out of the oil that I needed so he upgraded my oil. Service was super fast.

Provided good service but unfortunately Messed up my splash guard by not putting back the connectors to attach it properly. Came home and it was hanging down. (It wasn’t prior to my visit) I went back and their only solution was to remove it all together despite me asking where the connectors went when they removed it. Now I have to reattach the entire thing.

The service at Valvoline is always great! The employees are very tentative and explain as they go along. Very professional team and they work fast and handle service accordingly.
