Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Lisa, I believe was the girl at my window. Wow, keep her. Your place was recommended by my boss. We had bad experience at Take 5, they didnt fill radiator after starting to empty. My hubby got sick so we had to rush off. Our intake gasket blew and thermostat housing cracked. We stopped by this location a couple of days before leaving to ft.worth, but our oil was so good that the workers were so honest. This honesty brought me back...integrity is hard to find. This Lisa was so caring and patient. I have been in management for over 23 years...she's a keeper. Thank you sweet Lisa.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I get my truck serviced at many valvoline stores this is the only store that I was stopping at and they tell my drivers that they don’t service forward 450s fuel filters because they’re located in the tank and then to proceed to tell me that they was not trained on Ford 450 fuel filter changes. I have never been so disappointed in customer service after being hung up on.

Zero 00000000000 Will never be using this place again ! You can’t talk to anyone, they forgot to put back the cover panel and i dragged it home. Then why are they calling out everything they are doing , maybe they need a checklist of everything screw & steps that need to be done. 😡 they kept hanging up on me and very poor phone service

Fast and friendly! I love that I can get my oil changed quickly yet they still do a great job. Lisa was professional and friendly. The whole team was terrific!
