Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've had oil changes here multiple times and have never had any complaints!! everyone is extremely hospitable and even more helpful. They all go above and beyond for their clients! I had a tricky situation where something was stuck near the motor under my hood and they took the liberty of retrieving it for me. Couldn't be happier with my experience here! Would recommend anyone and everyone!! edit: I also noticed that someone is painting Josh, the manager, as a rude unprofessional person. That couldn't be more incorrect. There are few people in auto service that truly look out and care for the customers they work with. Josh is absolutely one of them. He deserves to be mentioned in a good light and only a good one! Keep it up Josh! Thank you to you and your team!

I have to say what a great business this is. I had the best service i have ever received from Rain and Jamir for a service. They walked me through the pricing structure and the best value for my 2018 jeep Cherokee. I will come out of my way to come to his specific shop going forward. Give these gentleman a raise ASAP.

On 1/9/2026, at around 1:40pm ET, I had one of the *single worst customer service encounters at in my 55 years alive*. The manager of the store, Joshua, who was the tech we interacted with was rude and unprofessional, to such a degree that I hope his area manager will investigate how he treats other customers and his colleagues. Here's what happened, as objectively as I can describe it: My 20 year old daughter and I arrived at this Valvoline location to get her an oil change before she heard back to school. She was driving and I was the passenger. I had purchased a Groupon for the oil change and didn't realize that the Groupon was potentially location specific (the voucher had an address for a location in Hampton VA included on it). I had saved the voucher to my Google wallet, and whe

Fantastic service from Josh, Tony, Z’eke & Laith. They all worked together and communicated with me and each other with respect and kindness. Some of the guys appeared to be training and Josh was a great leader and coach. I’ve been to a lot of auto shops in the area and this was by far the best experience.

Fantastic experience. I’d specifically like to recognize Mr. Gonzalez - I believe he said his first name was Jose. He runs a tight ship with his team serving multiple cars at one time, including mine. He was friendly, professional, recommended services and answered any questions I had. I had multiple maintenance issues addressed and still managed to receive quick and efficient service. Mr. Gonzalez should be recognized and commended for his customer service skills, managerial expertise, and auto mechanic knowledge.
