Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Ive been using this milford Valvoline for years and after today's visit I will not be returning to this location. My last visit i was rudely confronted by the manager who informed me that I should not use the car wash first that is conveniently located across the parking lot because his technicians will get wet. Which by that standard leads me to believe that during any inclimate weather there whole operation should be closed? That was a very odd visit to say the least. Then today. Less than an hour ago during check out the technician who was checking me out had to request a csm over ride for a veteran discount (disabled combat veteran.). Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back to this location for my oil changes. Be shout out to Jonathon for his exceptional service.

It's a good place with a friendly staff but it is a bit pricy. It costed me over 130 just for an oil change and filter change. There's really no reason for that price to be so high. But at least the service is good.

Employees were friendly and thorough. They informed me of everything they were doing for my vehicle, made recommendations and then sent me on my way. They actually made me feel like a valued customer!

I do not need to be scolded for not having my oil changed, within the last year. Then to be ignored while my oil filter sat on the counter waiting to be "signed off on". Then to wait again so someone could check and show me my dipstick. I've been there numerous times and have never been treated that awful before.
