Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went Sunday Dec 14th and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Valvoline. After servicing my vehicle, my car began having problems that it did not have before. My car was running fine before this and after it had a massive leak. I had a mechanic look at it and he stated Valvoline put in an oil saver that messed up my oil pan completely. I brought this to their attention and was told to file a claim. Valvoline stated that they would conduct another inspection as part of the claims process. However, without ever performing that inspection or contacting me for follow-up, they simply denied my claim. BEWARE!!!!! Took my truck to here and had a very unpleasant experience. Pulled in to get oil change took longer than usual. Attendant informed me I had a license plate light out, he could change it for $6.00. I denied the work than dive minutes later, he told me it's working now. Upon leaving they informed me the truck has a little oil leak. We'll come to find out it was a massive leak. They had replaced my drain plug with one that didn't fit correctly and leaked profusely! After going to another mechanic i was told it wasn't the right size drain plug. So what they did was make up a story about the license plate light to buy time to replace the plug. Which ended up leaking 4 quarts in less than 2 weeks destroying the engine completely. They didn't inform me that they replaced my drain plug

Valvoline was the only quick oil change station open in my neighborhood. I didn't want to wait 30 to 45 min at a mechanic. It was an emergency and I did not have time to change the oil myself. Valvoline had me in and out within 20 min or less. They were even able to air my tires and top off my fluids for free. And then Ethan, the mechanic, gave me some advice on my oil levels in my car. The entire team was always in communication with each other too. Made me feel like I was in good hands.

Very friendly staff. Manager even came to check on me and made sure everything was good. Thank you guys for a great service.
