Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Everyone I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Both of my filters were looking worn, but they suggested to just fix one of them today. I was able to use an online coupon for $15 to help with the costs. Quick and efficient service. Very Satisfied Customer!

The team was very quick, efficient, and professional. Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that he did not try to oversell; in fact, we asked to rotate the tires, and he said we should hold off till the next time since we had just done it in a prior visit. We really appreciated that, since in other places, including other Valvoline shops, they can be pushy trying to sell additional items. We will definitely return to this Valvoline shop.

Attendant greeted us promptly with a smile and friendly attitude. He explained what they would do, approximate cost, and the time frame. Once in the bay, various attendants explained what they were doing and showed us the parts they were replacing and/or adding. This is not our first visit to this location and we will return.

Pulled up to get an inspection done on my car. This gentleman was rude. Told me to get out of my car so he could drive it in and then then told me to make sure the keys was in it and I thought it was my mistake as I look back he’s shaking his head and getting all hateful because God forbid. I had the key my bad, very rude and very unprofessional will not be back to this Valvoline.
