Overall great experience every time I go! It makes it worth the price! The managers to everyone who I talked with were extremely nice and friendly.

The service members were completely unprofessional. They were very flirtatious, and when I was not entertaining their unprofessionalism they begin to seem irritated and frustrated with doing their job. I have been a customer with Valvoline for years. This was extremely disappointing. You need a better customer service representative at your Moreno Valley location . Very uncomfortable experience. I’m very disappointing. I would’ve rather have paid higher prices at a different company just for the professionalism.

The work was quick and ok-ish, but they didn’t pay much attention to me. I recently bought the truck I was having serviced. It was used, so I wasn’t surprised when it was already in their system. I had to tell them 3 times that I was the new owner. They were too worried about joking around and discussing who was in the bathroom last and for how long. When it was time to go they were directing me out of the bay when I asked for the second time if they wanted me to pay. I’m not a thief so I wasn’t leaving without paying what I owed. Overall, a bad experience and I’ll go somewhere else next time.

1st time customer, awesome customer service. Staff was extremely friendly and explained the process every step of the way. I specifically liked that the technician showed me the oil level on the dip stick when they were finished. Will certainty be a repeat customer.
