Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Only reason I'm giving them a 2 start is be cause the oil got changed and I already started a claim. The techs performing the oil change gouged my bumper by with a prybar/ screwdriver while trying to open the hood. They didn't say anything to me just started cranking away. Then tried to sale me other things to go along with the oil change. I'm livid at this point.

Went in for a long-overdue oil change today and was honestly surprised in the best way. It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Valvoline, and the prices, speed, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was fast, friendly, and super professional. Nino was awesome he took care of everything I needed and even checked my filters. He let me know I was overdue for an air filter change and showed me a side-by-side comparison of my old filter versus a new one, which I really appreciated.

The convenience of the experience is worth paying a bit more for an oil change. I had no wait at all during this visit, and the employees are ALWAYS incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate them doing a complimentary multi-point check, including topping up fluids and adding air to my tires. (With the cold weather, my low-tire-pressure warning had gone off.) I also appreciate that I can stop in anytime and get additional air if/when needed - that is a really nice perk. Excellent service all the way around (Gwen is especially fantastic) - thank you very much!

I did not have to wait in line - quick service! Everyone was very nice - greeted with a smile! The tech explained all the different services available for my car/mileage and why they would be beneficial. They checked my battery, tires, air filter, and all the fluids. We decided on what would be done along with the prices. Great customer service!!

Staff is always quick and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Never “pushy” when it comes to add ons. Always timely and can get in and out quickly. Had a great experience today working with Gwen- incredibly smart woman and super polite. Thank you so much!
