First of all, shout out jalen for genuinely doing a good job. He was attentive, nice, and did a good job, it's a shame the store clearly has shitty management and other bad hires. At 1:30pm there were only 2 people on staff for 3 bays. It took me over an hour to get an oil change and it took everyone else over an hour too. They offered to fix things for my car that couldn't be fixed. I watched one of the guys put my air filter in backwards, proceed to try and slam it, repeatedly, into place IN FRONT OF ME before realizing he put it in backwards. Everyone BUT Jalen was incompetent, slow and lazy. There was a bunch of crap on the receipt they claimed to do, like fill my tires up, which they certainly did not. I will NEVER return to this Valvoline and I strongly encourage anyone reading this
Javi helped me with the oil change and an engine filter and wiper blade. He was very professional and thorough. I don’t usually visit the store in Menominee Falls but will have to return there again in the future.
READ FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT! If Google offered Negative Star ratings, I’d be all over that! Went in for an oil change ant the individual (can’t even call him a “service tech”) caused over $600.00 in damage to my engine. The common saying of “skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled…” Well, this guy was the latter. If you’re up for an oil change and a free ticket to the circus, head on over to the VIOC on Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls, WI. Oh, and I was there for 45 min. as well. Long gone are the days of a 15 min. oil change.
What a charming staff! I failed to find an open oil change location within 3 towns on a 5degree Saturday morning. Until I stopped here! Forever grateful that they were open and working hard! Everyone was genuinely in a good mood. They definitely made me switch where I'll be going for oil changes from now on!!
I’ve always use to come here but stoped cause I got a lease and was under the impression I HAD to get it done at the dealership. Had a pretty bad experience at the dealership decided to come here again and they were very polite helpful and nice! Will be back! Wish we still got the feee car wash but other then that great experience
