Met with Scott the Assistant Manager, was able to get checked in really quick and get services assigned and work to began immediately. Then the Super Star Service Tech Javar , who verified fluids by Ford Specifications to be used and their quantities for the Automatic Transmission & Rear Differential service quickly begun performing the two services I had requested. Javar double checked everything on the Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange, made sure my Explorer was running, in Neutral, with optimum operating temperature of 190-215 degrees, before he did the final check to ensure proper “Full” level. Lewis and Jaxon are awesome they helped me change out my back till light bulb and checked everything to make sure we were good to go to Fort Worth. I got my oil changed about a couple of weeks ago and I decided to stop in and see if they can help me and they are amazing. I highly recommend coming here for your oil change or anything else that you need. They have wonderful employees. They are quick efficient and very helpful.

My service team was Scott, Lilly, and Elijah. As a stay at home mom I haven’t had the time to come service my vechile. Today I took the gamble and the service was quick and painless. My kids sat comfortably being able to stay in car. All in all we were done approximately 10 min. Service members were kind and understanding, especially Scott. They did additional service on my windshield fluids/ wipers and air in my tires. I will always go here to get my services completed!

Staff is the best. Bobby was super helpful. I’ve gone there a hundred times for an oil change but today was just a windshield wiper. I went there because I knew I could get it done without having to get out of the car. He and Lilly checked my tires and topped off my washer fluid. In and out in 10 minutes or less.

Absolutely Infuriating Experience – BEWARE OF LIES AND HARD SELLING If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Valvoline for what should have been a simple oil change and battery check, and left furious, disrespected, and blatantly lied to by a technician named Caden. First of all, Caden pushed hard to upsell services I didn’t ask for and wasn’t there for — completely ignoring the main issue I came in to address: my vehicle’s battery, which has been giving me constant issues and is STILL under warranty. Instead of listening, he aggressively tried to convince me that the battery was in “perfect health,” saying, “I ran the diagnostic several times and your battery is at 100%. You have other problems that cause your vehicle not to start.” Then he kept shoving a tablet in my face showing
