Pulled into the shop during a ridiculously bad winter storm. I was shocked BUT grateful to see they were open. I was in need of urgent repairs, and when I saw Gemele I knew I was in good hands. I have had Gemele a number of times for standard oil changes, and I know he is always professional, courteous, and exceptionally thorough. Despite being somewhat busy, the wait was less than 15 minutes and the oil change was less than 15 minutes. The technician was courteous. He recommended other services, as indicated, but was not pushy.
