Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Came in for an oil change, left with a fully functioning car and a crush. Alyssa was absolutely AMAZING. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and so freaking cute I almost forgot why I was there. Honestly, five stars just for her vibe alone. Quincy, the manager, came over to personally make sure my car was running smoothly, which made me feel like my vehicle was being blessed by the Valvoline gods themselves. The whole team was kind, helpful, and on top of their game. Everything was fast, smooth, and shockingly pleasant for a car service appointment. I’ll definitely be back… for the excellent service, obviously. (And also to flirt with the tech Alyssa.) Everyone deserves a raise. No notes.

I gave Valvoline a try after being disappointed many times by a different quick oil change franchise. The service was quick and I was told exactly what they planned to do and how long each step would take. It was clear that the Valvoline team had experience and knowledge, and could communicate that intelligently to their customers. They made recommendations for additional services without any pressure. I'll be coming back soon with my other car!

I had a great experience. Quincy, Mike, and Jeannine took great care of my car, explained everything clearly and the work was done perfectly. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto work.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have no idea how this location has 4.4 stars as the customer service and professionalism is awful there. They made me and my wife feel like such a burden when we went there on 2 occasions. They are not friendly and when it was time to pay, the employee just put the payment processor right in my face and just looked away like he didn’t want to be there. Also, last night we found the rag attached to the bottom of the car that they used during the oil change. We took this rag off and then the next day after my wife finished work, she noticed a huge puddle on the ground where there was a big oil leak. Went earlier this morning for an oil change, they got me in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and professional, they provided fast and efficient service while explaining everything thoroughly without trying to upsell me on anything either. Definitely will be coming back, thank you guys again for such a pleasant experience🙏💕
