Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This was my first time at Valvoline. I bought my card three years ago and it came with a 3-year warranty so all the maintenances were done at the dealership. I knew I had to get a new provided and Valvoline was close home so I decided to try it. I was impressed by how fast it was, I didn't know I actually had to wait in the car while they did their job so that was very impressive, Sebi (Sebastian) the manager, and his team were clear, professional and very friendly with me, I appreciate that very much. This will become my to go place for any maintenance from now on. Thanks Sebi and team!

I paid $150 the first time for the oil change and the headlight repair. Before leaving, I checked the light and it was barely visible—it was installed incorrectly. A few minutes later, the headlight started overheating and smoking. I told them about the issue and asked them to make both headlights match, since I already had one LED and it didn’t make sense to have one LED and one regular bulb. They ended up charging me again the light and the labor cost for they mistake. Horrible..

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Sebi, Andrew, and the entire Valvoline North Miami team for resolving an issue with my vehicle today. For the past several years, I have driven 30 minutes out of my way to come specifically to this location because of the customer service. The professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to excellent service truly stand out, and the team always goes above and beyond. This is my second time coming to this location and just like the first time, I am extremely pleased. Jermaine was very friendly and professional. Kendrick was also friendly and professional and took the time to explain what services I needed and when it would be best to complete some services that would be coming due in the near future. They also honored the coupons that I brought in. Overall, I give them a 10 out of 10 and I will be returning!

Stopped by Valvoline for an oil change and decided to add a transmission oil service last minute. Dante and Kendrick were incredibly accommodating and didn’t hesitate to help. They were professional, patient, and super friendly throughout the entire visit. The service was quick, smooth, and done with care. Really appreciate their kindness and great customer service definitely recommend!
