Called Valvoline on my way to Brakes Plus.Been trying to get an inspection for a wk, they pulled me right in. Aired up my tires, texted me a 25.00 off oil change. Mike wad pleasantly amazing . They top off fluids. its took no time with my 2yr old in the back missing a shoe and lunch lol. I will drive out the way for them anytime , adding this to yelp as well. Great service guys!!
quick and convenient as you know. They are sweet and educational. Mike taught me what to watch for! Thanks! Other guy who handled the process did a nice job! You even can get a coupon from their web. Definitely 5 stars!
I needed to get my truck inspected so I stopped by this Valvoline location on Precinct Line Rd near Kroger. I have been there before and they did a good job.I drove up but had to wait for the car in front of me. No problem, just a short wait. When that car finished and drove out I was waved in. The service person was talking on a cell phone using the hands free feature as he waved me in and walked away (out of the building) when I stopped. I waited another 10 minutes or so for him to return but he did not so I left waving at the other attendant as I left. I don’t know who he was talking to but they were obviously more important me. Had he told me he really needed to finish the conversation, an emergency or something, it would have been different but no comment what so ever, he just walked
Tried many times to come in for a state inspection and either the only person of staff capable of completing it was on break or off for the day. Came in today and in the state inspection lane and waited behind multiple oil changes to be completed first. State inspections take 5 minutes max. Not sure why they don’t leave the inspection lane for just inspections but guess they aren’t interested in a speed visit.
Visited this location after work for an oil change and Joshua and Manuel took care of me. They were fast and provided excellent customer service, I plan to continue using this location despite another one being closer to my home.
