Well versed knowledgeable employees made me feel very comfortable. Hands down the best value for a Full synthetic oil change. Don’t sleep on this place.

I took my car for a simple oil change. Not even 3 minutes after leaving the shop and getting on the highway, the car started lagging, smoke came out of my cars exhaust, and the check engine light came on. I drove it back to the shop even though it could barely speed up, and all they did was redo the oil, and replace an air filter. No explanation as to what happened, no apology, none of it made sense. AND my check engine light is still on and they said they can’t do anything about that. I nearly got rear-ended by a truck on the highway when this happened, and I didn’t even get a simple explanation as to what happened. Even though I’ve been going here for years, I’m in utter shock and will never return again.

This Valvoline oil change store is the best. Great workers. A guy name Tommy a manager and Christopher an employee were very helpful and really nice. They did a great job. Going back again and again!

The service was excellent and they where very aware of topping off all my liquids and also my battery checked. I drove from 95th/Dyan Ryan to there just to get excellent service for my vehicle, customer service and a reasonable price. I refuse to keep companies in business that won't hire good customer service people and provide the resources for their business.
