The service was good. The price was HIGH. To pay over $100 for an oil change on a Mazda 3. I had a $15 off coupon so realistically it would have been close to $120.
I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced here. The staff Harris the manager and Aiden was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what repairs were needed. My car is running smoothly now, and I truly appreciate their transparency and quick turnaround time.
Stopped in for a radiator Flush and oil change, and they were great! It was pretty busy at the time, but the guys at Valvoline Ocoee were still quick to get me in and taken care of. Jason and DeAndre were really quick and professional. Thanks everyone for your hard work!
My experience was very good. They were friendly. My only problem is that my car seems to be running worse. It was running fine and getting good. Just running really good. But now it seems like it's not running good
The gentlemen and ladies at the shop always tease each other about who is going to do the oil change on my electric vehicle --lol! That always makes my experience even better because they have no problem just putting air in my tires and guiding me on my way. Thank you for your pleasant and genuine good customer service!
