Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I definitely can’t say that I don’t have time for an oil change ever again. I’ve never been to Valvoline and was confused that I was in the car the whole time lol. I’m so use to it taking forever. I don’t think I was even there ten minutes. All the young men were really nice. Was a cool experience. Cheaper than the dealership by far and a heck of a lot quicker! Will always come here for now on! Very cool place , esp if you’re pressed for time.

I am not usually one who does reviews unless I feel like it is necessary and this one I'd definitely necessary. I want to give a big shout out to Mr Kevin at the location off of 151st St in Olathe KS. He not only gave me good customer service. He also had a fantastic attitude has a really good personality and did a phenomenal job at taking care of my car. I went in for a transmission flush and he took excellent care of me and my car. I will definitely be going back to that exact location because of him. In my personal opinion he definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Kevin for a job well done and for having a fantastic attitude and personality 😊. I appreciate it a lot.

If you offer headlight changes then they need to know how to do it. It took me 5 minutes to do it myself and the guy at the shop had no clue. I took my truck there for exactly that because I didn’t want to do it. But if I have to do it myself I’m just going to go somewhere else where someone knows what they are doing.

Pulled in and was greeted by young man. He opened the hood and then went into office and never came back. No checked my lights or turn signals. I asked them to do that before I pulled out and it was observed that one of my brake lights was out. The whole experience was not good. Lots of negative interaction between staff. I will not be returning to this location.

Great service esp with Nolan. Got me in and out without trying to sell me a million things. The other guy was good too but didn’t catch his name.
