Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've been using this location for several years now & today [2/10] I stopped in around 4PM to get my oil changed & it wasn't quite time yet, so the did the check all around & fixed my headlight that none of the rest has offered or explained what I needed to do. Today these 3 young men got my headlight working again & I truly appreciate them. These 3 young men are keepers so appreciate them & pay them a wage that will keep them there. Today i was treated like a person & not a customer. Best service here Today. I've always been treated with respect here & today showed why I continue to return.

Extremely shady service; highly would NOT recommend. I went to Valvoline for an oil change and had a 50% off coupon that I got from their website. They tried to sell me multiple additional services stating I needed them. One was a new air filter that I just replaced and knew for a fact I didn't need a new one. Once the manager heard I declined all additional services, he promptly told me my oil filter was too tight so they would not be providing me with an oil change. I then went to Jiffy Lube where they had no problem serviceing my car. If you don't want to honor your coupons Valvoline, then don't offer them and don't lie to your customers; we aren't stupid!

I appreciate the time Jeffrey took to explain/educate me on what I needed to know about my oil change (without an attitude). His customer service was excellent, thank you Jeffrey! I love going to mechanics that are welcoming and trustworthy.

I brought my 2015 Toyota Tundra to the Valvoline Oil Change Center in Lacey after realizing I was way overdue for an oil change. My dipstick was showing the oil level dangerously low, and I didn’t want to deal with crawling under the truck, changing the oil myself, or the hassle of disposing of used oil properly. The crew at Valvoline was outstanding — fast, professional, and clearly experienced. They checked everything, explained what they were doing, and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes. No pressure for extras, just solid service. The peace of mind and convenience were well worth it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free oil change.

Watch out people, if you go for an oil change make sure that your oil is dirty. If you really care for your car and go for an oil change before the motor oil is dirty they may not change it. They just play around and not changing it, but charge you for new oil, I recommend to go to a different valvoline location. Im disappointed how i has been treated last time when I went for an oil change. They don't even know how to reset the screen to remove the warning,, car requires service,,
