The staff was vey nice and knowledgeable. I got there when they opened and was out in less the. 20 mins. They did suggest a few extra things, which I already knew need to be done. It’s nice to get them all done in one place. They weren’t pushy at all when I decline a service. I would definitely return.

Start to finish EXCELLENT service. Minimal wait, clean shop, clear communication of all services and offers, smiles all around despite working in a cold open-air bay. What I liked most was the person dedicated to communicating with me and all the mechanics--she was not bouncing between the kiosk and tasks under the hood. Drove out after 20 minutes and $80 spent, with a full synthetic change, a rear wiper blade, installed, all fluids and battery checked, and tire pressure balanced. The manager, Will is the best guy you will ever meet he’s like bbq barbecue sauce to the chicken. The service is the best in the whole state don’t go to the valvoline in West Linn, the customer service sucks the manager doesn’t know how to do his job he messed up my fuel filter by putting it in wrong then crushing it to get it to seal then made me pay extra go to Oregon city they got their shit straight!

Excellent work among the crew. Very well communicators. Clarified what all my car needed, what the filters looked like, and how my liquid levels looked. Very satisfied with my service. Highly recommend.

They did a great job making sure i understood every aspect of the oil change process & explained all recommended services without being pushy about doing them. They even checked on wiring issue with one of the headlights without charging me anything. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome.
