Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My service was great on Saturday. My lights, wipers, and filters were checked. They also showed me the state of the filters, we'd changed them at my last visit. I've have brought my car here for 6 years and am always pleased with the care I have received, and the short amount of time I wait. Thank you, Jordane and all the crew!

I required an oil and filter change on my 2019 Ford F250 gas V8 engine. I have a preferred brand of oil, and filter I use for regular maintenance on the truck. I spoke with the manager and asked if he'd mind doing the maintenance with my supplies, Oil and Filter. He replied that wouldn't be a problem and they use my oil and filter. I was only charged for the labor. While traveling I do everything possible to keep up with maintenance on my tow vehicle. I know how important it is especially in modern engines with variable cam timing. As the saying goes motor oil is the life blood of your engine. I've recommended this facility to others in my circle of friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others...

I had an oil change done on my BMW. A couple of minutes after driving away, I realized they did not give me any proper receipt. I have no record of having had the oil changed, or what kind was used. They told me EU spec full synthetic oil was used but without paper documents, I have no proof of that. There's no place to leave a message to the location on the website, so I guess my choice is a public comment. The sticker they put in my car for the next oil change says it is needed in three months time! BMW recommend 12 months / 10k miles. So, did Valvoline put in cheap oil, not know what BMW says, or not pay attention? Also, in this model the battery hides in the trunk under a cosmetic panel. They nicely removed the panel to check the battery but when they put it back, they didn't replace a

Their always kind friendly and super fast. They are also honest. Their job is you show you what you need. But they aren't pushing you into extra unnecessary repairs like dealerships. I recommend them for your next oil change.
