Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great place for an oil change at a good price. The staff were very professional and helpful. The manager was working the bay i used and she was friendly and knowledgeable. There was an issue with the boys on my skid plate (over tightened by previous oil change tech). They let me know that they couldn't replace the oil filter because it was behind the plate. The manager applied a discount coupon to the bill without me asking for it. I would definitely get my oil changed there the next time

Really bad experience twice. I will never go there again. I had a coupon both times he figured out a way to charge more. The first time was a 2010 van with a small block he said I need an extra quart of oil that's ok, the price was not and the attitude was terrible I think it was the manager manager. Second time I had a Toyota Highlander and he said it would be an extra like 50.00. Then he said I need a new battery. I told him that I just bought one he said I was cheap and was swelling he gave me a very high quote for a new battery. I took it to O'Reilly's and they said it was perfect. He also said that we need brakes not sure how he came up with that one they didn't take the tires off. I didn't think they did brakes. I'm 65 and have repaired all my many vehicles. Great place to do oil change fast and efficient. All the staff that was working is nice and friendly. Did everything perfectly. Feel safe, letting these guys work on my car, Would definitely recommend

Adyana was my manager servicing my vehicle today. Among other managers and their teams STELLAR service. Who knew I could get my bulbs changed, oil done and air filter- one stop shop.

They had me in and out within 15 minutes, were extremely professional, and did an excellent job all around. For someone who never does reviews, I had to do one today. They deserved it. Highly recommend!
