Valvoline Instant Oil Change

James and the other guys were so helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about everything. After my oil change I was so satisfied that I went to Dunkin Donuts and got them a dozen of donuts and gave them a $10 tip. I love their professionalism and they were fast.they did an oil change on my Honda Pilot.

The guys are very knowledgeable. Great job also and very helpful/ friendly. My service guy was James and he did an Excellent job he always is professional and answers questions about anything car related.

Service hours and location are very convenient. Technicians and management are professional, quick and efficient. They had headlight bulbs in stock for my old 2010 honda fit. My interaction with and service from James, Laura, Nas and Jose was excellent, competent, fast and friendly. Any question was answered and explained. Great Service by great staff!

Was informed I had a large leak when taking my car to get my oil change, my go to mechanic informed me of the diagnostic that the wasn't able to fully explain to me and informed me this shop didn't put my oil plug on tightly enough. In a the worst way they highlighted the fact that i had a leak when checking myself that 5 quarts was barely on the dipstick just two days later. Obligating me to take it somewhere ASAP. But poor work was performed here. Will not be taking my car here again and would recommend a different location or different business altogether.
