Ine star becaus3 i can't leave zero. Oil Change Resulted in Damage and Denied Claim I came in for a routine oil change with no prior issues. Immediately after the service, my car developed an oil leak due to a damaged oil pan and improperly threaded gasket. I travel for work, and this left me stranded in the Arizona desert. I now have to order parts, drive over an hour to Tucson for repairs, and miss work while covering these costs myself. When I contacted corporate, I was redirected back to the same location. The manager would not speak with me directly. The assistant manager informed me my claim was denied and that they would not even refund the $75 oil change that caused the problem. Myles was an absolute joy!!!! He was so professional and cordial. He ticks all the boxes. He even got me an ice cold bottle of water for the road, which I needed as Phoenix is a hot and dry city and I was naturally parched as anyone would be. Anyways I’m getting myself on a tangent. What a wonderful man. I highly recommend service by him. My car is falling apart and he made sure I knew it through the inspection. Very communicative. I’m gonna sell my car soon. Any buyers?
