I stopped by the Port Chester, NY location for a quick oil change, and ended up having one of the BEST customer service experiences. Assistant Manager Bryan was incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. He explained everything about my oil change and why my car needed transmission fluid in a way that actually made sense. I truly appreciated how patient and genuine he was no pressure, no attitude. Just real professionalism. Bryan, thank you for taking great care of me today. I’ll definitely be back!
I come here all the time for an oil change. The staff is always friendly and courteous. It takes no time at all. Ramon took care of me. Highly recommend.
I went to Valvoline tonight after being turned away by AutoZone for a battery, and I’m so glad I did. It was right before closing, but the team still took my car in and changed my battery within 10–15 minutes. They were kind, quick and efficient. After having a really rough week, that level of service made a really big impact. Thank you so much!
No wonder this location has so many negative reviews. I had an awful experience there. From the moment I arrived I could tell that things were a little off. It just felt a little sleazy/slimy among the staff. Three major issues: 1) they couldn't explain anything. No matter which person (man) I spoke to, it was lots of conflicting information, none of which added up, and you could tell that they were literally just guessing the information. They couldn't answer any of my questions and when they did, they were clearly just pulling things out of thin air; 2) To my point #1, after about 30 minutes of them having no idea what they were talking about and 5 different team members either not being able to answer my questions or giving me information that contradicted what their colleagues said, on
