Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have a couple vehicles I take here for annual inspections. I seem to always get Joey and he's great. Good attitude and a clear communicator. Prices have gone up this year but not out of line with other shops. Also you may want to call ahead to get a sense of when you can bring it in. There is not always someone there to inspect, especially weekdays evenings. Weekday business hours or Saturdays are good, but whatever you do don't come Saturday mornings cuz that's when I go and I like that it's not busy then.

Will not return. The technician (trainee? intern?) said twice that he “hates working on German cars.” Found out why when I got halfway home and smelled the oil he’d spilled all over my block cooking off. Opened the hood and sure enough, clumsy swipes of a shop towel over the shields up top confirmed he’d managed to spill quite a bit. Found some on my alternator, exhaust, even my brake fluid reservoir. Mistakes are made, but to fail to even mention it, let alone fix it, is pure garbage. I’ve spent the days in between spraying my block down with purple stuff and power washing. Hopefully my car will stop smelling like a city bus soon. Want the cherry on top? Stopped in on Monday 9/22/25 of this week for just an oil change. I noticed from the car wash area that it wasn’t too busy just before noon. 2 cars already in the garage bays for a while. So I went ahead and approached the garage doors for service. Was told very nicely that it would be 10 to 15 minutes and they would get me in garage 2. Which was fine. So I shut off my car and waited, and waited. Watching as mechanics took their sweet time doing who knows what. No sense of urgency or desire to get the work done and get the next customer in. After waiting 25 minutes and still outside garage 2, I thought to myself so much for instant oil change, backed up, turned around and left. Makes you wonder how they can make any money moving that slowly, or do they charge outrageous prices and try to u

Waited in line over 45 minutes, when I arrived one car in the bay and another in line. I pulled in behind, when the second car was finished attendant waved the person next to me in. That person had arrived at least 10 minutes after me. Will not go back and will tell all my friends about the service at this place.

Absolutely loved this place. Came in for a quick 20min drive through oil change and tire rotation. Got to watch them work from a very nice, trendy waiting area. There is also workstations to work from while you wait. $125 for oil change and tire rotation in style and with good service. Will come back.
